Renovation of an existing 5,000 SF Whitney Dining Hall Cafeteria on the Storrs Campus at the University of Connecticut. Carlin Construction's scope of work included demolition, abatement, masonry, structural steel, finished carpentry/millwork, new EPDM roof, skylight, drywall, acoustical ceiling, terrazzo floor restoration, painting, new food service equipment, new fire sprinkler, HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
